We are a small team running one of only 33 oat mills in all of North America!

Starting off as 3rd generation farmers before venturing into buying and running their own cereal mill, brothers John and Dan Zander have been working in the industry for decades.

We buy oats and barley from farmers across the Midwest, and carefully clean, hull, and steam-roll them right here at our mill, taking pride in turning a simple grain into something dependable.
